Vaibhav Kakkar the CEO of DWS conceived the idea of internet marketing as a passion which led to the establishment of this organization on 10th of June in 2004. The same company, Digital Web Solutions got incorporated on the 13th of January in 2005. His dedicated efforts grew the company from 1 to 200 employees and valuably within a short span of time.
His Marketing programs emphasize on the go-to-market approach and adoption of all of the best Search Engine's products, from consumer offerings to business services. He loves researching and identifying new applications and software on the internet and other forums for the company.
Under his leadership, DWS has dramatically scaled its growth and widened its offerings while maintaining a culture of strong innovation. His Engineering background uniquely prepares him to lead his team's endeavors towards technological elucidations that have been a key to his company's success.

Surbhi Sethi - Manager, SEO Design & Development, had started her career with a professional Web Designing firm in India before she joined DWS & has an extensive Designing experience.
Her stint at DWS has seen her partner the CEO that has been instrumental in making DWS a roaring success. With the versatility in designing, this dynamic youngster has built an immaculate repute for herself and has taken a lead in defining a flawless vision for her team. Under her leadership Web Designing has emerged as a favoured career option for young professionals at DWS.
Shub Kumar Sharma - SEO Manager, oversees all SEO marketing as well as customer operations and partnerships. His extensive hands-on experience in technology and management includes a stint of 8 yrs in various capacities, which has fostered visibility in his current role.
